RICS Software’s technical support team strives to personalize support to provide the best customer service that is second to none. We work hard to build a relationship with our customers and help them become better retailers.

A support analyst can be reached during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. We also offer limited weekend hours. In the event a request is submitted after business hours, a support analyst will respond within one business day.
